This practical and experience led training combines hands on treatment skills with a deeper understanding of autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences and nervous system overwhelm in children
Taught by experienced therapists Miki Ettore and Kate Stuart, the course has now been delivered multiple times to therapists wanting more confidence, clarity and practical tools for supporting neurodiverse clients and their families.
Between them, Miki and Kate have worked with well over 1,000 children and teenagers in clinical practice.

This practical one day course explores neurodiversity in children, including autism, ADHD and sensory differences, whilst teaching practical skills that can completely change the way you work with children in clinic.
Many therapists feel confident working with adults but can feel less certain when working with children. Learning how to engage children, adapt sessions more flexibly and work in a more child led way can transform the experience for both therapist and child.
Whilst the course includes a strong focus on neurodiversity, the practical tools and treatment approaches taught throughout the day are equally valuable when working with neurotypical children and families.

A little bit about us….
Miki Ettore initially trained at the College of Craniosacral Therapy to help her son with complex Autism, but after graduating went on to become a full time therapist. She runs a busy London clinic working extensively with children and young people with Autism and wider neurodiverse needs. Miki also specialises in anxiety, PTSD, cancer and fertility and has recently completed a degree in homeopathy to complement her craniosacral work. Alongside her clinical work, Miki has co developed and delivered specialist training for craniosacral therapists, sharing practical skills and a deeper understanding of working with neurodiverse children and young people.
Kate Stuart trained at the College of Craniosacral Therapy and was inspired early in her career to specialise in working with Autism and neurodiversity. A mum herself, Kate runs a dedicated paediatric clinic alongside a busy full time practice where she works with babies, children and adults experiencing challenges including anxiety, PTSD, Long Covid, Autism, ADHD and sensory processing differences. Kate also holds a TQUK Level 2 Diploma in Understanding Autism. Together, Kate and Miki have now taught their training to therapists across multiple courses, combining clinical experience with practical tools to help practitioners feel more confident, skilled and supported in working with children and neurodiverse clients.
